Refund policy

Products may be returned to Tru2u.Health® for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment only if the product has not been opened and the protection wrap is in place (The cost of shipping is not included in the eligible refund amount.) Probiotics and Clearance items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain this number by calling our Customer Service Department at 800.245.8282 (toll-free) or 503.694.1600 (international callers and local callers).

Please write the RMA number on the invoice and enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product(s) or item(s) you are returning to:
