It arrived without a box, the lid on the jar wasn't tightly closed, and when I opened the protective film on the jar, there was no protective cotton layer inside. What should I do?

This company is selling this product at a massive markup. The formulation they use is Suntheanine which means any other company you buy Suntheanine from you will get the exact same quality. I found similarly encapsulated formulations for a quarter of the price. Pure encapsulations is a great company but this is ridiculous

Supplement gives you a terrible headache

I waited until I finished the entire bottle of Pure Encapsulations L-Theanine before writing this honest review.

I initially chose this product assuming the high price ($61) would reflect high quality. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I experienced no noticeable effects whatsoever—it felt no different than taking a placebo.

I generally eat clean and am quite sensitive to supplements, so I can usually tell when something is working. In this case, however, the product seemed completely ineffective.

I think this supplement is overhyped and not worth the premium price. Since the supplement industry isn't tightly regulated (e.g., not overseen by the FDA in the U.S.), finding effective products can be hit or miss. For me, this one was definitely a miss—I would not recommend it.

There are other products out there cost less and effective.

My regular supplement for night time . I take it with magnesium. My sleep is so deep and gradual .

Works but gave me strange dreams…didn’t like that side effect.

Love this product line

Love these before bedtime. Takes about 2 hours to kick in. I can feel it work when my mind stops racing and I can feel my body relax. Really cool.

How do you know if the stuff even works? I took it for several months and I have absolutely no idea whether or not it even helped. And these products are not exactly cheap.
