Perfect Melatonin very good ingredients

I'm using this product for more than 4 years with my daughter with autism, she falls asleep faster and sleeps all night and rests to prepare to the next day for her school and therapies, calm and focused. Review of Melatonin with Magnesium

We ordered this for my wife and it is ok, but if you have an intolerance to Magnesium it will cause diarrhea, so probably better to get high dosage Melatonin.

The dosage is low (1 mg melatonin) so I take 3, which still does not quite make 100% of the RDA for magnesium. I sleep pretty well when I take 3, and don't have restless legs. Added bonus, it makes me more regular too 😉

This is a high quality supplement from a most trusted brand. The capsules are tiny (see photos). I have used this brand and strength for more than 2 years now. I know they are free of contaminants and possible allergens. The only problem with ordering from Kirkman directly is the shipping. It takes several days so you need to order plenty of time in advance, and the cost is more than I like to pay, unless you are buying multiple products at a time. It really isn't economically feasible to order just one item from them. I guess I am spoiled by free shipping through Amazon Prime. This way I can still get my quality supplements in a day or so, for just a bit more over retail price than ordering from them directly. The one milligram capsule seems to work well in regulating sleep, especially with the combination of the magnesium. This formula of magnesium does not seem to affect the bowels in any way either. I will continue to buy this product again and again.

Reviews dated prior to 4/24/26 were originally submitted for Melatonin & Magnesium, for Kirkman, a sister brand product containing the same formulation now sold as I am Sleepy - Magneisum + Melatonin. Packaging, bottle count, serving size, and brand have changed.
